About The Author...
Kia Javadi holds a degree in
Electrical Engineering from the University of California,
Los Angeles (UCLA) and received a Systems Technology
Certification from the Advanced Technologies Academy (Atech).
Kia has been a member of the IT / Computer Technology field
for over 10 years and has been heavily involved in the
launch of several E-commerce and B&M companies throughout
his worklife. Past experiences include Computer
Help-Desk and Support work, Database Programming for
Travel-Agency startups, and Search Engine Optimization work
for several web-based companies.
Currently Kia works as the
lead Customer Service Technician for OutletPC Computers and
resides in Henderson, NV (a suburb of Las Vegas).
